Booking & Payment Policy

All tour bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the tour date.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Bookings are only considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance: Eligible for a full refund (excluding any bank transaction fees).

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the tour: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: Non-refundable.

If BlueSAFAYA Tours cancels a tour due to weather conditions or other emergencies, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Tour Guide & Driver Conduct Policy

All tour guides and drivers are expected to be punctual, courteous, and professional. Company uniforms (if provided) must be worn during tours.

The use of alcohol, tobacco, or any inappropriate behavior while on duty is strictly prohibited. Guides must respect cultural sites and local communities.

All tour vehicles must be kept clean, safe, and well-maintained.

 

Customer Conduct Policy

Customers are expected to be on time for all scheduled departures. Respect for local culture, traditions, and the environment is mandatory.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated. BlueSAFAYA Tours reserves the right to remove any customer from a tour in the event of serious misconduct.

The use of third-party local transportation apps (e.g., PickMe, Uber) is not permitted during the contracted service period.

Safety & Insurance Policy

All tour vehicles are insured and operated by licensed drivers. Customers are strongly advised to carry personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

All safety instructions given by the guides must be followed at all times.
